This sophisticated, private sanctuary in the heart of the upscale Seminyak neighborhood is within easy walking distance to the finest entertainment, dining and shopping destinations in Bali. Our villa has 4 bedrooms***. Master has California King, and 3 Guest bedrooms have Queen size beds. (***We can convert downstairs TV room into 5th bedroom) Experience the most exclusive accommodations the “Island of the Gods” has to offer. Guests have access to whole house. Nothing is off limits. We provide 2 House Keepers for daily maintenance. Nightly security guard included. Very quiet, safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket, all the high end shops and restaurants in Seminyak. You can travel around Bali by car or motorbike. We have enough parking for 1 car and 10 motorbikes. We have the Fiber optic internet, the fastest internet available in Bali. Suitable for honeymooners, yoga retreats, and conferences. Our pool is approximately 19ft x 6ft. We have a very nice toddler area and pool depth at one point at 6m.

We had a fantastic stay at H2O Villa in Seminyak. The villa was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, with a beautiful private pool that made the stay feel really relaxing and private. The location is excellent — close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach, but still quiet enough to enjoy some peace and privacy. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was exactly as described, and the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend H2O Villa to anyone visiting Seminyak and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Bali.

The place is beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff are friendly, professional, and very supportive. With a little more attention to maintenance, the place would be absolutely perfect.
Amazing spacious villa.Very modern and clean.Floors slippery when wet, would recommend few more non slip mats around outdoor area and possibly few more ceiling fans as it gets a bit hot and sticky.Staff are amazing and are there all day in case something was required. Host amazing in communication.Thank you we had a beautiful stay as a group of seven.
Absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of space, the pool was a great way to cool down and our family loved the pool table. We will be back.
The villa looked like the photos. However, most of the rooms were hot and felt like the air didn't work. The living room isn't air conditioned (only ceiling fans). Contacted the host about an early check in and never received a response. Looks nice, but wouldn't stay here again when we visit next time.

Villa H2O is very spacious, and the area is great with many restaurants nearby. However, you need to walk quite a distance from the villa to the main area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pool was slightly dirty, but other than that, everything was good.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Saachi Cywinski will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
